But with Adam Hodson, CPA he is a business professional, a consultant with great insights into marketing and sales, and he understands what we business people and families are feeling. He takes the time to know you and then does his job.

Security of your information is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption and follow stringent data protection protocols to ensure that your electronic documents are safe and secure at all times. Our secure client portal is designed to safeguard your sensitive information against unauthorized access.
Early submission is encouraged. To ensure timely processing of your tax returns we recommend submitting all necessary documents by mid-February if you need your return completed before April 15th . If your return is extended, we recommend submitting your documents 4-6 weeks before the extended deadline. We work on tax returns in the order that we receive client documents.
Filing an extension is straightforward with our help. If you foresee needing more time to gather your documents, we will assist you with filing an extension with the IRS. Note, however, that an extension to file is not an extension to pay any taxes owed; payment arrangements should be made to avoid penalties and interest.
Quarterly payments may be necessary if you are self-employed or have other income that does not have taxes withheld. This can include rental income, dividends, or interest. If quarterly payments are necessary for your situation we will calculate the amount needed to avoid penalties and interest and provide filing instructions for you.
Our fees vary based on the complexity of the tax return and the amount of time needed to properly prepare the return. Our minimum annual fee for all clients is $1,500.
Prior to accepting any new clients, we gather certain due-diligence items to make sure we are a good fit to work together. These documents include your picture ID, copies of prior year tax returns, access to your accounting records and other documents related to the operation of your business. We charge an onboarding fee of $300 per business to review your documents and provide recommendations.
All of our office staff are trained on the basic usage of QuickBooks. We also provide QuickBooks training to business owners who want to learn how to use it. Much of our advice and strategies require access to real-time financial reports during the year to give you the best possible service.
